For use with heavy weight doors or doors requiring high frequency service
Full Mortise Hinges have one leaf mortised in the door edge and the other leaf mortised in the jamb. This is the most common hinge application.
For wide throw hinges the WIDTH of the hinge is increased (ie. 4.5 in. x 6 in.), thus moving the barrel away from the face of the door. Used when additional throw is required to clear trim or wall conditions. Note: Wide throw hinges will reduce the weight capacity.

Supplied with Removable Pin (SRP) as standard.
Most hinges and/or finishes available with Non-Removable Pin (NRP) for an additional charge. Specify SRP or NRP when applicable.
Non-Removable pin prevents the hinge pin from being removed when the door is closed. A threaded set screw located in the barrel is tightened down into a groove in the hinge pin.

Fasteners: 1/2 x 12-24 machine screws, 1-1/4 x 12 wood screws
Specify finish when ordering.
Standard packaging includes one (1) hinge with screws.
Complies with ANSI/BHMA standards for ANSI A156.1
