The Rockwood BFLG1050 Vertical Rod Latch Guard Cover uniquely combines the popular Rockwood K1050 Kick Plate and Rockwood BFLG10 Latch Guard to provide customers with a single protective solution.
The latch guard cover (BFLG) is made of 0.050 in. material and is designed with a 45 degree ramp which when placed over the latch at the base of the door deflects traffic safely away.
UL rated. BFLG latch guard covers are intended for application on UL Classified wood and wood covered composite fire doors rated up to 3 hours. Latch guards are to be attached with screws and are not to exceed 46-1/2 in. width and 36 in. height.
